Michael 

Michael Ware

 Michael started out making pizza in Brooklyn when he was 15 years old. He has made this traditional New York street pizza and Italian food all over the New York / New Jersey area. Gary, one of our regulars who grew up in Raritan NJ says “It’s funny how whenever Mike started at a new place it very soon became the best pizza in the area.” Michael moved to Nashville to enrich his love of country music and to follow his dream of becoming a songwriter. He’s very talented and over the years has written 100’s of songs and co-written with some of the best in the business including John Scott Sherrill. Michael brings his old school, traditional and unmistakable New York persona and 30 something year old Brooklyn based recipes to Franklin Tn.

Spencer 

Spencer Strand

Born in Brooklyn and raised in Bayside, Queens, Spence has been a Pizza connoisseur his entire life. He spent a considerable amount of his youth hanging with friends and VI Pizza on Bell Blvd. Those times and that pizza burned an indelible mark on so many Baysiders of the 70’s & 80’s. Those memories are fond and everlasting. Spence LOVES being at the shop , interacting with customers and learning something new every day!        “Man, I wish I did this a long time ago” -S

Vincent Ware

Vinny is a chip off the old block. With the title of “Manager”, he covers a lot of bases here at Brooklyn Brothers. Vin manages with an iron fist, always putting the shops best interests first. His pizza skills are second to none, he’s a real showman and the customers love him!
